Who we are

VoicePower is the executive voice and presence coaching practice of Sean Sarginson, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about your data can be sent to ssarginson@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Application form: your name, email, role, company, budget, timeline, where you heard about us, and the message you write.
• AI roleplay (optional): the transcript of any practice conversation you choose to run.
• Basic site analytics: page views and referrers — no cross-site advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To reply to your application and schedule a discovery call via Cal.com.
• To send a short follow-up sequence (day 3 and day 7) if we haven't connected — every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To improve the coaching content and AI roleplay.

Where it lives

Application records are stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, EU region). Bookings are handled by Cal.com. Emails are delivered through our email provider. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just email us. You can stop nurture emails instantly using the unsubscribe link in any email, or visit /unsubscribe.
