The service
VoicePower provides 1:1 executive voice, presence and communication coaching, discovery calls, group sessions, and digital resources delivered by Sean Sarginson.
Applications and engagement
Submitting the application form is an enquiry, not a contract. A coaching engagement begins only after we agree on scope and you receive a written proposal or invoice that you accept.
Outcomes
Coaching is collaborative. We bring 20+ years of experience and a clear method, but results depend on your practice and context. We don't guarantee specific business, career, or financial outcomes.
Confidentiality
Everything you share in a session stays between us. Anonymised insights may be used to improve the coaching method or in teaching examples — never in a way that identifies you or your company without written permission.
Intellectual property
Frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and written materials shared during coaching remain the property of VoicePower. You're free to use them for your own development; please don't redistribute or resell them.
Cancellations
Discovery calls can be rescheduled at any time via the Cal.com link in your confirmation email. Paid programmes follow the cancellation terms set out in your engagement letter.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoicePower's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you've paid in the previous twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dubai.
