How it works

Coaching that keeps working after the session ends.

Work with Sean on a real presentation, interview or buyer conversation. Rehearse between sessions, then use feedback to improve your next attempt.

The cycle

Step 01

Diagnose

Bring a real situation and a first attempt. Sean helps you identify the message, the audience and one or two changes to work on.

Step 02

Practise

Try the opening, question or response out loud. If your programme includes AI practice, use a realistic scenario between sessions; your assigned coach can review the transcript and feedback.

Step 03

Refine

Review what was clear and where the listener needed more. Choose one change, repeat the exercise and bring the difficult parts to your next coaching session.

One clear change. Another attempt.

Sean helps you decide what to say and how to say it. Optional AI roleplay gives you a place to rehearse out loud, with feedback to discuss at your next coaching session.

Your programme sets the coaching schedule and practice access. AI feedback is guidance to review with your coach, not a guarantee of a particular result.

Illustrative coaching example

Make the recommendation easy to follow.

A fictional project lead is asking for approval to run a small pilot. This is demonstration content, not a client result or an AI assessment.

“What decision do you need from us today?”

An opening to work on

“We have looked at several options and spoken to the team. There are quite a few things to consider, so I will take you through the background first.”
  • Give the recommendation first.
  • Explain the reason and the trade-off.
  • Finish with a specific decision or next step.

Try it again in 30 seconds, then practise answering an interruption.
