Sales communication training for teams selling in English
Help your team sell with clarity and confidence in English-speaking markets.
VoicePower coaches founders, salespeople and technical specialists who already use English at work and want to communicate more effectively with international buyers. Practise your real pitches, product demonstrations and negotiations, with expert feedback and optional AI rehearsal between sessions.
Make your expertise clear to a new buyer
Your team knows the product. The challenge may appear when a buyer interrupts the demonstration, asks why your offer costs more, or wants the commercial benefit in one sentence.
We work on the spoken conversations behind international growth: a software demo for a US customer, a retail pitch in the UK, or a distributor discussion conducted in English. The starting point is your audience, your offer and the moments your team needs to handle.
The focus is clear ideas, persuasive delivery and a useful next step. Participants keep their own voice and accent.
Who this is for
Founders opening new markets
Explain the value of your business to prospective customers and partners, then handle the questions beyond the prepared pitch.
Sales and account teams
Practise discovery, price discussions, buyer objections and next steps with the people you need to win and retain.
Technical and product specialists
Connect a demonstration to a buyer's priorities and explain complex ideas in English that the whole buying team can follow.
What we work on
We build the practice around your target markets, customer roles and actual sales situations. The buyer's needs guide the conversation.
- Open with relevant value. Explain who you help, what changes for the customer and why the conversation is worth continuing.
- Ask and listen. Use clear discovery questions, check your understanding and adapt when the answer changes your plan.
- Demonstrate with purpose. Connect features to the buyer's problem, manage interruptions and explain technical detail at the right depth.
- Handle questions and objections. Clarify the concern, respond with evidence and stay composed when you need a moment to think.
- Discuss price and agree next steps. Explain scope, explore trade-offs within your authority and finish with a clear action and owner.
A programme built around your sales conversations
Start with a team sales assessment
In a free 30-minute discussion, we identify your target market, the people involved and the conversations that need attention. We agree suitable materials and a short baseline speaking exercise for the programme.
Rehearse, review and try again
Participants work with your pitch, product and recurring buyer questions. Short practice rounds make space for specific feedback and another attempt. A focused workshop or a series of sessions can be scoped around the team's needs and availability.
Carry the work into customer meetings
The team leaves with a pitch structure, demonstration priorities, objection-handling prompts and individual practice goals. Optional AI practice can reinforce the agreed situations between coaching sessions.
Online delivery for international teams
Coaching is delivered in English. Remote sessions can bring together colleagues in different locations; we agree time zones, group size and session length so everyone has time to speak. In-person delivery in Dubai can also be discussed.
Participants should already be able to hold a work conversation in English. We assess the fit and may recommend language teaching first where basic comprehension is the main obstacle.
Progress is reviewed through comparable exercises: can participants explain relevant value, answer a follow-up question and agree a useful next step? Programme reporting is agreed in advance. Sales results also depend on product fit, pricing and opportunity quality.
Preparing for a particular event?
If you have an exhibition or a series of overseas buyer meetings approaching, explore trade show pitch and demo training. We can plan rehearsal around a defined date and the conversations your team expects to have.

Meet your coach
"I've coached founders before investor pitches, leaders before layoffs, and up and coming talent before the conversation that would define their next career move. The difference was never talent. It was preparation."
VoicePower is the practice partner I wish every leader had. Use it before the moment. Or work with me directly when the stakes are higher than free practice can solve.
About Sean and his speaking experienceSee who Sean has coachedCommon questions
What level of English does the team need?+
Participants should already be able to hold a work conversation in English. We assess their speaking needs before scoping the programme. Coaching develops clarity, delivery and responses to questions; foundational language teaching may be a better starting point for beginners.
Can you use our own product, pitch and buyer objections?+
Yes. We agree suitable materials before the programme, such as a current pitch, demo outline and recurring questions. Fictional or anonymised examples can be used when material is sensitive.
Can a team outside the UAE take part?+
Yes. Remote team programmes are scoped around participant locations and time zones. Coaching is delivered in English, and the group size and format are agreed to allow meaningful rehearsal.
Do participants need to use AI practice?+
No. Human coaching and rehearsal are the core of the programme. AI practice is optional, with the scenarios, access and reporting agreed before it is introduced.
How long is the programme and what does it cost?+
We agree the scope after discussing your team, target market and sales situations. Preparation, participant numbers, delivery format and follow-up determine the fee. You receive a proposal before booking.
