Sales communication and presentation training in Dubai

Help your team ask better questions, explain the value of your offer and handle the conversations that decide the next step.

VoicePower works with salespeople, account managers and technical specialists who need to communicate clearly with business buyers. Tailored workshops combine human coaching with realistic rehearsal, with optional AI-powered practice to reinforce the work between sessions.

When a good product needs a clearer conversation

Your team knows the product. Yet discovery calls can become a checklist, demonstrations can get lost in features, and a price objection can turn into a discount discussion before anyone understands the concern.

The training starts with the moments your team finds difficult. That might be explaining a complex service to a finance leader, connecting a technical demonstration to a business priority, or responding when a buyer says a competitor is cheaper.

We use those situations to agree what participants should practise and what better performance would look like.

Who this is for

Sales and account teams

Build clearer discovery, value and objection-handling conversations around the decisions your customers need to make.

Technical specialists

Translate demonstrations and technical detail into business relevance for the people buying your solution.

Sales leaders

Give your team a shared practice approach and specific behaviours to reinforce after training.

What we work on

Each engagement is built around the specific conversations, audiences, and rooms you're walking into across the UAE and the wider GCC.

  • Discovery that informs the recommendation. Practise questions that uncover the customer's priorities, current approach, decision criteria and consequences of leaving the problem unresolved. Use the answers to decide what to show next.
  • Pitches and demonstrations with a clear purpose. Build the presentation around the buyer's problem and the decision they need to make. Help technical specialists explain enough detail to establish confidence while keeping the commercial relevance clear.
  • Value and differentiation. Explain why the proposed approach fits the customer's circumstances. Make comparisons concrete, using evidence you can support rather than broad claims of being better.
  • Price objections and pushback. Explore what is behind the objection, check the comparison and respond with composure. Practise asking a useful question before launching into a defence of the price.
  • Account development and next steps. Recognise a relevant adjacent need, ask permission to explore it and agree a next action with a clear purpose. Keep the conversation connected to what the customer has actually said.

A workshop built around your sales situations

We begin with a programme-design conversation and a review of agreed materials. Useful inputs include a current pitch, a typical demonstration, recurring objections and an example of a conversation that stalled. Anonymised examples work well.

A focused workshop can move through discovery, value explanation, demonstrations and objection handling. Participants rehearse in short cycles, receive specific feedback and try again. The balance depends on the team: some groups need more help questioning and listening; others need to simplify technical explanations or stay concise under challenge.

Optional AI role-play gives participants another place to practise before or after the workshop. The scenarios and feedback focus are agreed as part of the programme.

What participants take away

  • A practical structure for the conversations covered in the workshop.
  • Discovery questions and objection-handling prompts adapted to their work.
  • Feedback on the behaviours to keep and the next changes to practise.
  • An agreed way for managers to reinforce the training in everyday conversations.

Progress can be reviewed through comparable practice exercises: did the participant uncover the priority, explain relevant value, answer the objection and agree a useful next step? Commercial results also depend on product fit, pricing, opportunity quality and follow-through.

Meet your coach

"I've coached founders before investor pitches, leaders before layoffs, and up and coming talent before the conversation that would define their next career move. The difference was never talent. It was preparation."

VoicePower is the practice partner I wish every leader had. Use it before the moment. Or work with me directly when the stakes are higher than free practice can solve.

Common questions

Is this suitable for technical people who support sales?+

Yes. Solution specialists and other colleagues who join customer calls can practise translating technical detail into clear business relevance alongside the sales team.

Can you build it into a team offsite?+

Yes. A focused session can be scoped around an offsite, or the work can be spread across several sessions. Duration and group size are agreed together so the format allows meaningful practice.

Does every participant need to use AI?+

AI practice is an optional reinforcement component. We agree its use, participant access and reporting during programme design.

Where does training take place, and what does it cost?+

Dubai workshops can be arranged at your office or an agreed venue. Delivery for other locations and distributed teams can be discussed. Pricing depends on participant numbers, preparation, session length and follow-up support; you receive a scoped proposal before booking.
