What we work on
Each engagement is built around the specific conversations, audiences, and rooms you're walking into across the UAE and the wider GCC.
- Message and structure. Identify the main point, choose the evidence that earns its place and make the requested decision clear. Practise a short version as well as the full presentation.
- Voice and pace. Use pauses, emphasis and variation so listeners can follow the argument. Notice where speed, volume or a flat delivery obscures the point.
- Body language and presence. Work on posture, eye contact, gestures and movement in ways that suit you and the setting. The aim is a credible, comfortable delivery you can repeat.
- Questions and interruption. Rehearse answering the question directly, stating uncertainty accurately and returning to the thread. Practise explaining the trade-off behind your recommendation.
- Preparation under pressure. Build a rehearsal routine around the opening, difficult transitions, time limits and likely questions. Use feedback to choose one change for the next attempt.

A focused team workshop
A team workshop builds a shared approach and gives participants opportunities to rehearse. We agree the group size, duration and use of smaller practice groups so participants have enough time to speak and receive feedback.
A two-day programme
For teams that need more application time, a two-day format separates initial skill development from deeper rehearsal. Day one establishes message structure and delivery techniques through short exercises. Day two focuses on realistic presentations, questions, feedback and another attempt.
Optional digital practice or follow-up coaching can provide further rehearsal after the live sessions.
How we make the work practical
Before the programme, we agree the presentation situations and review suitable examples. Participants prepare a short baseline presentation. During training, they work with a consistent feedback framework covering clarity, structure, delivery and composure.
The final exercise gives participants a way to compare their performance and identify a next practice priority. For team programmes, a sponsor debrief can outline shared development themes and ways to reinforce the work. Reporting arrangements are agreed in advance.
