Agree the scope
Choose one cohort or department, a defined period, the conversations to practise and the support students receive. Confirm access limits, fees and data arrangements before launch.
Agree success measures
Define what useful progress means: participation, completed rehearsals, student feedback and changes in agreed speaking exercises. Set the reporting frequency together.
Review and decide
Review the group summaries and feedback with your careers team. Decide whether to continue, adjust the scope or stop. The pilot does not require a longer programme.

How is student data handled?
The institution and VoicePower agree data responsibilities, hosting, processing, retention and deletion in writing before student accounts are created. VoicePower does not sell participant data or use pilot content to train VoicePower models; provider training is not authorised.
Who can see a student's practice?
Students join by invitation and see their own records. Their assigned VoicePower coach can review programme transcripts, feedback and progress. Other students and employers cannot access practice records.
What does the university receive?
University staff receive group summaries, not individual transcripts, coach notes or free-text answers. Reporting measures and frequency are agreed before launch. Any different sharing is explained before it applies.
Does this replace advisers or assess students?
No. Careers advisers remain involved. AI provides rehearsal and feedback; it does not make decisions about students, award grades, feed marks into academic systems or produce work for submission.
How do access, delivery and pricing work?
Agree one cohort, the pilot period, practice allowance, coaching support and success measures. Delivery is in English; online sessions are scheduled around your institution. Sean provides a proposal and fees before you commit.
Do students need a microphone?
The voice preview and voice practice need a microphone. The browser asks for permission when a student tests it or starts practice. Students can stop a session at any time. Discuss accessibility and alternative coaching arrangements before launch.
