Choose the interview format
Prepare individually or with a small group of up to six spokespeople. Sessions can take place at your Dubai office or an agreed venue, with online preparation where appropriate. Half-day and full-day crisis simulations are available.
We agree the audience, interview format and likely questions before shaping the session. Bring the announcement, brief or subject you need to explain. The scope and fee are confirmed after a conversation about your needs.
Prepare, rehearse, review
Build the message
Identify the point the audience needs to understand, the evidence you can discuss and the limits of what you can responsibly say.
Face the follow-up
Rehearse a recorded interview with challenging follow-up questions. Practise answering directly, correcting an inaccurate premise and explaining uncertainty without guessing.
Review and repeat
Watch the playback with your coach. Identify specific changes to the answer, pace or delivery, then attempt the same question again. Leave with a message outline and clear priorities for the real interview.
Try a mock-interview question
Illustrative exercise: a product launch has been delayed. The interviewer asks, “Why should customers trust your next deadline?”
Practise an answer that acknowledges the delay, states what is confirmed and explains the next update. Then rehearse a follow-up asking what remains uncertain. Avoid inventing dates or promises to make the answer sound reassuring.
Compare the two attempts: did you answer the question, explain the evidence and stay within what you know? This is a practice example, not a client result.
